PLEASE NOTE:  Reservation Policy

 

  • A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for all cancellations.
  • Cash deposits & Credit card charges will be refunded with a 1 week notice of cancellation of reservations.
  • Cancellations of less than one week will be charged one night rental.
  • Refunds will not be given after arrival due to any occurrence including inclement weather.
  • Deposits apply to last day of reservation.
  • Deposits for reservations made by phone must be received within 7 days.
  • NO RESERVATION IS CONSIDERED VALID UNLESS ACKNOWLEDGED BY US.
  • Rates do not include 6% Sales Tax or 3% Hotel Tax.
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
  • SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GIVEN.
     

 

CHECK-IN TIME –  2:00 PM      (late check-in available)

     If you arrive early we invite you to use our pool & facilities until your room is available.

CHECK-OUT TIME – 11:00 AM

     We provide you with a place to shower & change if you wish to stay later in the day.

POOL TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN.

 

OPTIONAL RENTALS:

Pack n Play crib or rollaway cot $5.00 each per night.

Boat slips $10.00 per night.

10 X 20 Dining Canopy $25.00 per day.

 

Senior Citizen Discount (65 or older) less $5.00 per night.

 

Motel Rooms:

All have daily maid service, color cable TV, DVD/VHS player, air conditioning & shower bath.

Most are equipped with a complete kitchen and dining area.

  

Cottages:

All have living room, kitchen& dining area, shower bath, color cable TV, DVD/VHS player.
Complete bedroom & bathroom linens, all kitchen utensils, coffee pot & toaster. Bath &

dishwashing soaps are provided. Outside deck, picnic table & BBQ grill.

SORRY NO MAID SERVICE IS PROVIDED. We will exchange your towels once a day, when

brought to the office before 12:00 pm.
